Blast Chiller and Shock Freezer

Due to the extremely low temperature of liquid nitrogen (-196℃)，liquid nitrogen chiller shock freezer used as LN2 as refrigerant can be widely used for quick-freeze sea foods, meat, cakes, cooked wheaten foods, fruits and vegetables and other foods.

Thanks for the extremely low temperature of LN2, the freezing time of liquid nitrogen blast shock freezer is 5~20 times faster than conventional freezer. The shorter freezing time, the tiny ice crystal will be generated during freezing process, to prevent the damage of cell structure and maintain the taste and appearance of food in best condition.
